Buy your plan and scan the QR code sent to your email at home over Wi-Fi. Setup takes 2 minutes, and your plan validity does not start yet.
On the plane
Nothing to do here. Just make sure data roaming is turned off on your Turkish line — no risk of a surprise bill.
Landing at Jeddah / Medina airport
Your phone connects to the Saudi local network automatically. You can immediately send your "We landed, all is well" message on WhatsApp.
Throughout Umrah / Hajj
Uninterrupted internet in Mecca, Medina and on intercity trips. Curious about your remaining data? You can track it on your phone's data usage screen.

Frequently Asked Questions About Umrah & Hajj eSIMs
Does the eSIM work in Mecca and Medina?+
Yes. Our plans run on Saudi Arabia's leading local networks, with 5G/4G coverage nationwide, including Mecca, Medina, Jeddah and Riyadh. You can use it without any issues around the Haram and in hotels.
How many GB do I need for Umrah?+
For a 10-15 day Umrah trip, 5 GB comfortably covers daily WhatsApp messaging and maps. If you plan to video call your family every day, go for 10 GB; for live streaming and heavy social media use, we recommend the Unlimited plans.
Who will set it up for my elderly family member?+
You can do the setup before leaving Turkey: the QR code arrives by email, and you scan it on your relative's phone in 2 minutes. When the plane lands in Jeddah, the phone connects automatically — nothing needs to be done during the trip. And if you ever get stuck, our WhatsApp support line is there to help.
There are several people in our group — is one plan enough?+
Plans support hotspot (internet sharing), so you can share internet with the people next to you in the same room or on the bus. However, for everyone to have independent internet all day, one eSIM per person is the best option. For bulk purchases and group organizers, our dealership program offers special pricing.
Will my Turkish number stop working? Will my WhatsApp still work?+
No, nothing changes. Your Turkish SIM card stays in your phone, and your WhatsApp account keeps working with the same number. The eSIM only provides internet, and you will keep receiving your bank SMS messages too. To avoid a surprise bill, simply turn off data roaming on your Turkish line.
When does the internet start once I arrive in Saudi Arabia?+
On most products, plan validity starts with your first connection in Saudi Arabia. That means you can install the QR code in Turkey days in advance; the clock only starts when you land and your phone connects to the network.
